[Pre-180, Be a Food Blogger] Short Short Foodie Post--Fish Maw Kuay Teow at Kombi Rocks Diner
Well, you might thought that this is a somewhat outdated post, but I guess better late than never! :D In my search for themed restaurants in Singapore a couple of years ago, I stumbled across Kombi Rocks Diner located at Serangoon North. This restaurant sells great fish maw kuay teow! :D

Featuring the restaurant's iconic Volkswagon car at its shopfront, the shop had a retro theme, and had beatles' posters framed and hung around the restaurant. Great photograph spots. Very instagrammable.
Coming to the more exciting part of the foodie experience--the Fish Maw Kuay Teow Soup (~SGD$9). The soup was extremely rich and savoury and was super satisfying. The kuay teow is smooth. And the entire bowl of goodness tastes just great. Especially with green chilli. I had this when I visited in year 2013. The dish isn't available right now according to the newest updated menu, but one could always order the closest alternative--the Fish Maw and Crab broth (SGD$14).
