[Pre-180, Be a Culture Lover, My SJI Days] Visiting Korea Festival 2014 as SJI Korea Club (KCC) Representatives (Part 2: Todai Singapore Korean Food Truck)

(Continued from Part 1)

As we were really hungry after the hair makeover by Dusol Beauty Salon, both Iswarya and I decided to have some Korean food at Todai Singapore's booth.

Todai's booth was quite interesting actually. The booth was designed in the shape of a food truck, just like those we see in Korean dramas. The booth sold a wide array of Korean to-go dishes ranging from Ddukbokki to Bulgogi. :D

Iswarya had Ddukbokki (Rice cakes) while I had a Bibimbap (Korean Mixed Rice). The dishes came
out both visually and physically tasty. I had good comments from Iswarya and my bibimbap just tasted nice. I loved the sunny side up they had for the bibimbap. The egg was flowy and the vegetables were crunchy. Gochujang (Spicy pepper sauce) used for the bibimbap was not overpowering. In some sense, a great unison of the ingredients for the bibimbap.

Great food. Heard that Todai is a buffet restaurant located at Marina Bay Sands. Will wish to visit the buffet restaurant someday for lunch. So just in case anyone's like me here's the address:

[Todai] 2 Bayfront Avenue, #B2-01 The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, 018972
[Telephone] 6688 7771
[Opening Hours]11.30am to 3pm, 5.30pm-10pm daily

A full stomach suggested a great time to shop and makeup...Stay tuned to Part 3 of our blog post on Korea Festival 2014! :D
