[Pre 180 Random Things I did]: Being a Photoshoot Model for a Day

One would say that "You've certainly had a lot of fun doing this!" And I totally agree. Being a photo shoot model was extremely fun and fulfiling-but it takes a great deal of effort to do up something nice! 

I was really lucky to be given an opportunity to model for a fashion band, Purple Attic a few years back. The entire experience was really awesome, and I could remember that I was so excited that I could not sleep at all on the night prior to the shoot. 

Preparations for the shoot started early on the day of the shoot itself (say 8am) at Vivocity.A professional Mac makeup artist first did a Korean-style makeup on me (and another model participating in the shoot). Following the makeup, I had to change into my first outfit to take photographs at Vivocity before setting off to Sentosa to continue on our shooting.

The entire photo shoot took around 7 hours and we wrapped up at 3pm-ish. It was basically a very, very, very tiring, but at the same time a very fulfilling job. :) I had to change between outfits almost every 15 minutes and I had to endure the scorching heat amidst the shoot (its Singapore :D ), let alone wearing the 'legendary high heels' for 7 hours straight! :)
